A people-less Confederation line will go into service this week. The City's transportation manager says the the full system will start running trains as normal, stopping at stations and making announcements, but without the inconvenience of passengers, who are still relegated to replacement bus service. There is no set date for reopening the Confederation Line but the City previously hoped to open at half-strength 'in the first two weeks of November'. It’s a start.
