HELLO OTTAWA |
The City is asking for your opinion on a new idling bylaw. No, not idle like Darren, but vehicles. The current law bans idling more than three minutes per hour when the temperature is between 5° and 27°. (The idea being, it's so cold you need the heat on or so hot, you need the air conditioner. There is no limit outside those temperatures.) The City wants to bring it down to one minute per hour and has set up a survey for your opinion. – Martha and Darren |
