HELLO OTTAWA

Darren has successfully made the trek back to Ottawa from Vancouver, and is looking forward to losing that West Coast vibe he has picked up over the past month.

This means no more waking up at noon, no more business meetings in athleisure, and the end of making major decisions by star sign.

Nope, it’s back to things more Ottawa-esque: like building birdhouses, bird feeders, or garden art for the Mississippi Madawaska Land Trust fundraising auction, Backyard Beauties 2023. Vancouver‘s seagulls just would not appreciate them.

We should have expected that NarCity would have already been on this: they figured out Canadian cities by star sign. Ottawa, like Darren, is a Capricorn and therefore institutionally not a believer in astology.
