| – Concert promoter and Zaphod Beeblebrox owner Eugene Haslam remembering musician Bob Jones, who died last week aged 65. Many remember him for his punk demeanour and his work as promotions manager for Barrymore’s during the 80s. Because of his late-in-life housing insecurity, Jones’ family is requesting donations to PAL Ottawa, which provides seniors worked in the arts sector with affordable housing and personal support. A celebration on life will be held at Atomic Rooster tomorrow 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. | | Lynn Saxberg in the Ottawa Citizen |

| | OTTAWA HISTORIC LOGO T-SHIRTS | An Ottawa Historic Logo t-shirt would probably make a terrific Christmas or Hanukkah gift – but it’s too late.
You can order if you like – we’d never say no to a sale – but the chances of the t-shirt making it to you before Dec 23 is pretty much none. It’s a great way to ring in the New Year, though. | | Nortel |
