Tomorrow - This week’s Doors Open for Music at Southminster focuses on J. S. Bach, with Baroque flautist Alexa Raines taking centre stage. - Québec playwright Maude Laurendeau’s play Rose in the Machine gets its English language premier at the NAC this week. Thursday Cranium Conference and Showcase 2024 will connect musicians, artists, and producers in a two day event featuring networking, panels, and a showcase. Experience a night of dancing, drinks, and good vibes as you boogie down like it's 1985. Proceeds from the Retro 80s Night will go to CISV Ottawa, who are raising funds to host an international camp for 11 year olds from around the globe in order to promote world peace. The NAC Orchestra is offering free, open-to-the-public concerts, artist talks and masterclasses in May, as part of the orchestra’s Mentorship Program for emerging and early-stage artists.
