Liam Liu The seven year-old has run a lemonade stand in Stittsville for the past week to raise money to pay for the experimental medical treatments for his friend and hockey buddy Jack Laidlaw, who has been diagnosed with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia type 4. Laidlaw’s family has been fundraising $3 million for the gene therapy. Liu’s lemonade stand will be at the corner of Adamson Crescent and Westridge Drive, 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm, today and tomorrow.
