▪️Applications are now open for the Ontario Business Costs Rebate Program. ▪️Paramedics had eight cases of people in distress after shovelling snow. The Ottawa Heart Institute recommends warming up first, pushing snow - not lifting, and not to be doing this at all if you have heart problems. [Ottawa Citizen]

▪️The National Capital Commission will be considering design approval of the 2,500 car parking garage on the Experimental Farm tomorrow. The garage is the first stage in building a new Ottawa Hospital campus.
