The Health Unit is changing the way they report. In the meantime, they are reporting only selected information.

▪️The City is considering adding a non-voting seat for an for Anishinabe Algonquin elder at the council table. The role would be symbolic and an unofficial advisor. How the person is selected, what exactly is their role, what their responsibilities would be will be part of a five year-long process. Ottawa, of course, lies on land that has never been ceded by the Algonquin nation. [CBC]
