HELLO TUESDAY

Masks will be mandatory on OC Transpo – on all buses, Para Transpo minibuses, and, when it's running, the O Train – as of June 15. This makes Ottawa the first city in Canada to make masks mandatory on transit. STO transit in Gatineau recommends masks, but is not insisting.

OC Transpo says that unlike the Parks department, they won't be issuing fines for non compliance but expect people to don masks because its the civic thing to do.

Ottawa Public Health has put together a great page on masks: how to wear them, how to make them, and where to buy them in Ottawa.

Tomorrow is our regular round up of restaurant takeaway and delivery delights. Please send any of your faves that Ottawa should know about to us here: hello@theottawan.com
