    • – Club owner Farid Dagher, of City at Night and Gridwrks, on his enthusiasm for new rules allowing bars to stay open until 5:00 am on special occasions. The current rules do allow for bars to stay open extra late if they get a ‘All Night Dance Event’ license but that requires a brand new license inspection.
