▪️ WorkInCulture is hiring a Curriculum Consultant/Instructor (Festivals & Collaboration) to deliver (with partners) a training series for non-profit arts and heritage festivals, to create and implement an effective recovery plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a remote working role, to run from June 2021 to October 2022. Must have proven experience in instructional design, curriculum design, or educational design. Salary: A fee of $15,000 will be paid in instalments.

▪️ Nat’s Bread Company is urgently hiring a weekend Farmers’ Market Sales Associate to set up the company stall, attract customers, sell products, balance sales at the end of shift, and packing up the market equipment and bread leftovers at the end of the day. Must be available every Saturday and Sunday from June to October, from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Must have driver’s license.

⭕ The National Advisory Committee on Immunization is recommending that Provinces mix-and-match COVID-19 vaccines to make it easier for mass vaccinations. AstraZeneca can be followed by a Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or Pfizer and Moderna can be followed by the other, the Commitee says. [CBC]

⭕ Nineteen inmates, one staffer test positive at the Ottawa Jail, resulting in no court appearances yesterday. [Ottawa Citizen]

⭕ Dr. Kieran Moore, the chief medical officer for the Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington Public Health will be Ontario’s next top doctor. The current Ontario chief medical officer, Dr. David Williams, is retiring. [CBC]
