We're increasingly interested in where our food comes from, and who better to ask than a farmer? Visiting a local farmers' market of a Saturday morning feeds our souls while we fill our shopping basket. When we buy from farmers based around Ottawa we're bringing home the freshest food, we're decreasing food miles, and we're supporting small business. And let's face it: fresher means tastier, too.
