  •  🆓 The final Doors Open for Music at Southminster concert of the season (from noon to 1:00 pm) features jazz arrangements of pieces by Leonard Cohen, John Lennon, Paul Simon, Gordon Lightfoot and Paul McCartney. The Mark Ferguson Quartet performs. Attend in person at Southminster United Church, 15 Aylmer Ave at Bank St K1S 5G4 or watch the show on YouTube.
     
  •  The new second location of Third Son Tailor shop opens today. Book an appointment at 796 Bank St. In The Glebe for bespoke mens’ tailoring and alterations as well as upholstery projects.
     
  •  Ottawa Jazz Festival highlights: Sakina Abdou, Canadian Inuk singer-songwriter Elisapie, Chris Potter Trio, Ottawa native Kathleen Edwards, Mats Gustafsson, Lemon Bucket Orchestra.
