The City is changing how it operates parking bans: overnight bans, when they are in effect, will be from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am and announced by 9:00 am. Daytime bans will be from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and will be announced by 3:30 pm the day before. [City of Ottawa]
