Ottawan of the Day: Michaëlle Jean. Jean received the key to the City today from Mayor Jim Watson, in recognition of her career as a journalist, 27th Governor General, UNESCO Special Envoy for Haiti, and third Secretary General for La Francophonie.. [City of Ottawa]
