COVID-19 NEWS

⭕ Ontario has paused loosening any more COVID-19 restrictions for an indefinite time. The Province says it wants to monitor public health and the impact of the Omicron variant. [CTV]

⭕ As of December 23, people in Gatineau can gather in groups of 20, as long as they are vaccinated. The current limit in private households is 10 people from a maximum of three residences. Additionally, those 60 years and older can get booster shots in January. [CBC

⭕ Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg  has closed its two schools and daycare after a COVID-19 outbreak. [CBC]
