COVID-19 NEWS

⭕ Most counter services of the City are closed as of today, due to COVID-19 concerns. Employment and Social Services and Rent Supplement Offices will close next Monday. Phone and email services remain open. [City of Ottawa]

⭕ People in Gatineau will need to show their vaccine passport to entrer government liquor stores and cannabis shops as of January 18. The Quebec government will also require the third dose to be considered fully vaccinated but has not yet set a date. [CBC]

⭕ The City has opened a COVID-19 vaccination clince for Individuals aged 60 and older, educational and childcare workers, employees, volunteers and caregivers of residents of long-term care and retirement homes, and pregnant women. Nepean Sportsplex, January 6 from 12:45 to 7:15 pm, January 7 to 9 from 9:45 am to 4:15 pm.
