COVID-19 NEWS
⭕ Dr Theresa Tam says Canadians must reduce contacts or else hospitals will be overrun with the Omicron variant of COVID-19. The Chief Medical Officer of Canada fears that restrictions beyond what the Provinces have instituted may be necessary. [CBC]
⭕ Hundreds of people showed up to the Minto Recreation Complex in Barrhaven this morning for their free rapid COVID-19 tests. Except the Complex had not received the test. Everyone was sent home with a rain cheque. [CBC]
