COVID-19 NEWS

⭕ Pfizer says that it's vaccine – now given the brand name Comirnaty – is safe for children 5 years of age and up. The company will now approach regulators in Canada, the US, the UK, and EU for approval. The vaccine is already approved in Canada for 12 year olds and older. [CBC]

⭕ The land border crossing into the US will remain closed until at least October 21. The US announced also announced today that fully-vaccinated foreigners will be permitted to fly into the country starring November. [CBC]
