COVID-19 NEWS

⭕ Health Canada has officially approved the Pfizer and Moderna COVID 19 vaccines, joining the AstraZeneca vaccine which had been approved earlier. Before today, they had been used under emergency approval powers. The manufacturers have also given the vaccines brand names: Pfizer’s vaccine is Comirnaty, Moderna’s is Spikevax, andAstraZeneca’s is Vaxzevria. All those names are obviously eye-rolling terrible. [CTV]

⭕ If you are self-isolating due to COVID 19 on Monday, there is no way for you vote [CBC]
