COVID-19 NEWS
⭕ People who attended the AfroFest Ottawa Music and Art Festival and the Shawville Fair are advised that they may have been exposed to COVID 19. Both events were found to have patrons who had COVID 19 in the transmissable phase.
⭕ The Provincial Government has been polling the public weekly to gauge the attitude of Ontario's COVID. 19 response. [CBC]
⭕ Person who was fully vaccinated with Quebec-based Medicago as part of its human trials is not eligible for a vaccine passport as that drug is not yet approved by Health Canada. [CBC]
⭕ Mayor Jim Watson says that Ottawa Police are ready if anti-vaccine protestors crowd hospitals or harass health care workers. [Ottawa Citizen]
