• The former mayor and former city manager of Ottawa made possible the great deal the City over 100 Constellation Drive.
  
• Twenty-four years ago, the City negotiated a fixed price purchase option of $19 million dollars for the building when it leased the old Nortel property. The building, in which 2,000 city employees work, is now worth $90 million. (Ron Benn in Ottawa Bulldog)
