• Richardson is the coördinator of Skis for Schools, a not-for-profit that supplies cross-country ski equipment and programming for kids on the Kichi Sibi Winter Trail. Any teacher in the region can arrange for their students (aged 8 to 18) to take part. There is no charge (although a $5 per kid donation is suggested if it is not a hardship).
