▪️Gatineau police have someone is conducting a series of Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji. The person makes a deal online to buy an electronic good, and when the parties meet up the scammer hands over an envelope full of paper, or in one case, pepper sprayed the seller. [Ottawa Citizen]

▪️A developer wants to build a five storey, 51 rental apartment building on the former Gow's Restaurant in Bells CornersThe developer is asking for a zoning exemption as it wants to provide fewer parking spaces than units, citing the nearby bus stops.
